Overseas Sales Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall planning, deployment, and resource allocation of overseas sales projects in the Asia Pacific/Europe/Middle East/Africa regions, and completing sales tasks;

2. Participate in the formulation of the annual business plan and budget plan for the affiliated region;

3. Propose effective corrective measures and guidance suggestions for problems that arise during the sales process to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

4. Conduct market research and demand analysis for the region to which the organization belongs;

5. Responsible for sales work in the region, developing marketing plans for the region and organizing their implementation;

6. Responsible for building the sales team in the region, assessing and motivating personnel, and improving the team's combat effectiveness;

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken English, able to communicate directly with foreign clients, with a global perspective;

2. Experience in managing sales teams in Asia Pacific/Europe/Middle East/Africa regions, with certain industry resources preferred;

3. Good market analysis skills, clear sales ideas and sharp market judgment, strong ability to capture business opportunities and negotiate business deals;

4. Strong market development ability, high market sensitivity, excellent resource integration ability, good communication skills and team building ability, able to withstand certain work pressure and achieve various targets;

5. Familiar with various overseas business operation models;

6. Possess certain brand promotion and marketing experience, able to guide clients in conducting certain market promotion activities.
