Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop core algorithms for countering unmanned aerial vehicles based on radio signals, including but not limited to: - Reverse analysis of unmanned aerial vehicle communication protocols and signal feature modeling - Anti interference/anti deception algorithm design (for complex scenarios such as frequency hopping, spread spectrum, LTE hybrid communication, etc.) - Multi target signal separation and high-precision positioning algorithms

2. Lead the architecture design of RF signal processing system, optimize spectrum sensing, signal recognition, and real-time interference performance

3. Develop unmanned aerial vehicle wireless fingerprint recognition algorithm and build an AI driven abnormal behavior detection model

4. Collaborate with the hardware team to complete algorithm embedded porting (FPGA/DSP), ensuring low latency and high reliability

5. Participate in field testing and joint military police exercises, iteratively optimize algorithm robustness in complex electromagnetic environments

6. Track international cutting-edge technologies such as cognitive radio and MIMO countermeasures, and promote the layout of technology patents

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in electronic information engineering, communication engineering, radar signal processing, or related fields

2. More than 5 years of experience in wireless communication algorithm development, with at least 2 years of experience in the field of anti drone/electronic warfare

3. Proficient in the following technology stacks: - MATLAB/Simulink, Python (NumPy/Scipy) signal simulation - modern digital signal processing (blind source separation, adaptive filtering, time-frequency analysis) -802.11/Bluetooth/GPS protocol stack and typical drone communication protocols (such as DJI OcuSync)

4. Familiar with SDR platform (USRP/HackRF) development and possess RF system level debugging capabilities

5. Have practical work experience in AOA and TDOA positioning, and have successful deployment of complex electromagnetic countermeasure systems in practical cases

6. Have a keen insight into the trends of drone attack and defense technology, be able to quickly locate technological breakthroughs, and possess multi task parallel processing capabilities.
